Service Staff / On-call employee

• You are flexible and can work on an on-call basis. We work with monthly and quarterly schedules, so you'll know well in advance what to expect.
• With your friendly appearance, you ensure every guest has a great evening.
• You have an affinity with the hospitality industry.
• As a team player, you truly work together with your colleagues.
• We prefer to work in a relaxed way, but you can speed things up when needed.
• Team outings? You’re definitely in for that!

What you can expect

• Your voice will be heard, your ideas are valued, and your input regarding new dishes or wines will be taken seriously during meetings.
• You will join a team that supports each other, enjoys working together, and most importantly: has fun together, a team that feels like our John Dory family. And we find that important, because you’ll spend a large part of your day with—and sometimes beside—each other, so it needs to feel right on all levels.
• We are open four days a week, during which we can use your help on an on-call basis. We can plan this well in advance since we work with monthly and even quarterly schedules. If, for example, you'd prefer to work regularly on Thursday evenings, that can definitely be arranged!
